Ordering & Minimum Quantity
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and the level of customization. Printed cards, cup sleeves and paper coasters normally start from a few hundred pieces, while holographic and gilded-edge cards start from 1,000 pcs because of the extra finishing steps. Tell us the item and your target quantity — we will confirm the exact minimum and unit price within 24 hours.
Can I place a small trial order first?
Yes. We support small-batch trial runs so you can check the material, print quality and finish before committing to a larger production order. Trial quantities are quoted case by case.
How do I place an order?
Send your requirements through the contact form — product, size, material, quantity, finish and artwork. We reply with a quotation and a production plan. Mass production starts once you approve both the quotation and the pre-production sample.
Samples & Artwork
Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes. A pre-production sample is produced and confirmed before mass production so you can check colour, embossing or foil depth, die-cutting and overall texture. A sample fee applies and is quoted together with your order, so you know the exact cost before you commit to production.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files are preferred — AI, EPS or PDF with outlined fonts. Die-cut shapes, foil stamping and embossing plates all need a clean vector outline. Low-resolution JPG or PNG files may cause blurred edges; our team reviews your files and suggests adjustments if needed.
I don’t have a designer — can you help?
Yes. Send your logo, brand colours and any reference images. Our team prepares a layout proof for your approval before production.
Customization
Can you customize size, material, printing and shape?
Almost everything is customizable: size, paper stock and thickness, printing method, foil colour, embossing and die-cut shape. Send your reference or idea and we will advise the best combination for your budget.
Which printing and finishing options do you offer?
Offset and digital printing, hot foil stamping, letterpress, embossing and debossing, spot UV, holographic effects, silver or gold edge stamping and custom die-cutting.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
Production time depends on the item, the craft and the quantity. As a guide, holographic and gilded-edge cards take about 15 days once you approve the pre-production sample. Once your artwork and sample are confirmed, we give you a firm schedule in writing. If you have a fixed event or launch date, tell us early and we will plan a rush schedule wherever possible.
Do you ship worldwide? How much is shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide by express courier and by air or sea freight. Shipping cost depends on destination, weight and the transit time you need — it is shown separately on your quotation so you can compare options.

How is the price calculated?
Pricing depends on quantity, size, material and finish. The larger the run, the lower the unit price. Send us your specs and we will quote within 24 hours — there is no charge for a quotation.
