Product Overview
Our custom round paper coasters are made from absorbent cotton paper and produced factory direct. They soak up condensation from cold mugs, beer glasses and iced coffee quickly — no water rings, no slipping, no scratched tabletops.
Where they differ from ordinary pulp coasters is the finish. As well as standard full-colour printing, we can letterpress or blind deboss your artwork into the board, so the logo reads as a shallow, tangible groove rather than sitting flat on the surface. That textured look suits premium hotels, cocktail bars, wedding receptions and brand gift sets.
Round is the standard outline, but square and custom die-cut shapes run on the same material. Single-side or double-side printing, matched to your brand colours, with thickness chosen to suit how disposable you want the coaster to be.
Colour is a print decision, not a separate product. The pair above is the same coaster, the same board and the same artwork — printed once in deep green and once in red. That means a hotel can run one colour for the bar menu and another for a seasonal promotion, and a brand can offer two colours as a matched set, all from one production run. We match to Pantone or CMYK references and send a pre-production sample for colour approval before the main run.
Key Features

Letterpress and blind deboss option. Instead of printing flat, the plate presses the graphic into the board. The result is a shallow, tactile groove — the “blind deboss” look that reads as premium without adding a single drop of ink.
Round, square or die-cut. The round outline fits nearly every tumbler, mug and wine glass. Square and custom shapes are there for when you want the coaster to carry a logo mark rather than a circle.
Full custom printing. Your logo, slogan, monogram or event artwork, printed single or double sided, matched to your brand colours.
One artwork, any number of colours. Ink is matched to your reference, so the same coaster can run in your house colour and in a second colour for events, seasonal menus or a two-colour gift set — without redrawing the artwork each time.
Light and stackable. Thin and stackable, so storage, transport and handing out on site stay easy — practical for events where hundreds go out in one evening.

Artwork Notes
Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) give the sharpest result. Low-resolution JPG or PNG can print soft, and letterpress in particular needs a minimum line weight to hold the impression — send the file over and our technical team will tell you if anything needs adjusting before it goes to plate.
